Workshop Includes:

Brief overview of Henna across the world, history and examples of styles to look at and compare.

Detailed instruction handout with Henna Happens Top Secret Henna Recipe

to learn how to make a great henna paste at home.

Majority of the time will be hands on practice, with instructor assistance, including:

​One henna cone per student

Rolling a henna cone and asking questions

Introduction to how henna designs are built

Practice patterns, skill drill, and simple "start here" handouts to take home.

Opportunity to paint henna designs on each other in teams for those who wish to.

Henna by instructor, and demonstration on students, if time permits

About the Instructor

I graduated with Highest Honors and a degree in Graphic Design and worked as a Designer and Art Director for almost 20 years. Henna art captured my heart about 15 years ago and I've been doing events ever since. I'm also madly in love with watercolor painting and have been accepted in a number of juried shows.

Two hour minimum: $450 (Small Travel fee may be added for locations outside the Bay Area).

Includes one natural fresh organic henna cone and class materials for each student.

$12 additional for each person over 15 people

Additional time: $150 per hour

Personal tutoring is available by arrangement.
